They used to provide commercial and recovery strategies. Both the businesses flourished exponentially, and then once it was worthed in millions, he sold the companies to WPP and made huge profits.
The strategy that he used for this company was such that he used to help other businesses recover from the financial stress they are under. He managed other businesses better than the owners and made his name as the person who would pick up a failing business and make it to the top.
He also held many positions of responsibility in many major companies such as Avon and Volkswagen.
